The Headless Horde
Character / Creature Concept based on the infamous Mongolian Horde.
A defeated mongolian warlord and his men, in humiliation, were beheaded and placed on fireships to send their remains at sea.
During the dark of night, burning ships were seen approaching the shore. Through the smoke and mist, figures are seen to emerge, some coming from the ships, while others walking straight out of the water.
The one shouting commands,on one hand holds a weapon, while on the other a severed head, in between his shoulders sits what seems to be the head of a dead horse.
